Customize the Info Tab of your Navbar

The Info Tab in your Simplebooklet helps you organize your content and make it easier for your audience to navigate. Whether you're adding a summary to improve SEO or setting up a table of contents for better navigation, you have full control over what your readers see. Here's how to customize the Info Tab of your navbar.

Available on all plans.

How to Customize the Info Tab of your Navbar

Open your Dashboard and select the Simplebooklet you want to edit.

Click the Design tab to access the customization options.

On the left-hand toolbar, click the Info button.

This will open the Info panel, where you can specifically adjust the Info section of your navbar.

Under the Info section, you’ll find the following options that you can toggle on or off. Any option with a pencil icon beside it is editable, allowing you to customize it further:

Simplebooklet Title

Display the title of your Simplebooklet.

Author

Show the author’s name or leave this off if unnecessary.

Table of Contents

Add or remove sections.

Toggle page numbers on or off.

Rearrange the section order by dragging and dropping the headers.

Summary

Enter your Simplebooklet Title and a short description of what your booklet contains.

Adding a clear description boosts your Google SEO, increasing visibility and engagement.

Page Numbers

Display page numbers on your Simplebooklet.

Opens

Optionally display how many times your booklet has been opened.

Collections

Select a gallery from the drop-down menu to display your booklet in a dedicated page, making it easier for users to view and share.

Show the search option for users to search for content within your Simplebooklet.

Terms of Service

When you add the Terms of Service and Privacy URLs to your Simplebooklet account, a popup will appear to help users easily access and review these documents. If you don't have your own URLs, a standard Terms of Service and Privacy Statement will be applied automatically.

Use the Preview button to see how the Info Tab looks with your new settings.

Your Info Tab is now updated and ready to be viewed by your audience!

Consider only showing the most relevant sections for your audience. Too many options can clutter the navbar, so it’s best to keep it clean and focused.
