Track Contact Form Submissions in your Simplebooklet


The Contact Form Report helps you review and manage all messages sent by your readers directly through your Simplebooklet. Each submission includes details like the sender’s message, email address, and when and where it was sent — making it easy to stay connected with your audience and respond quickly to inquiries.


Available on Basic, Pro, and Business plans.



How to Track Contact Form Submissions


  1. Open your Dashboard and locate the Simplebooklet you want to review.


  1. Click the Reports button for that Simplebooklet.



  1. In the left-hand menu, select Contact Form



  1. At the top of the page, use the Date Range selector to filter data for a specific time period.



  1. Review the Contact Form Submissions section to see all messages sent through your booklet.



  • Each entry includes the Contents of the message, the sender’s Email, the Page it was sent from, and the Date Sent.


  • A trash icon appears beside each entry in case you want to delete a submission.


  1. To download all submissions at once, click the Download All button in the top-right corner of the Contact Form Submissions chart.


  • This will save all submissions as an XLS file, allowing you to organize or archive them offline.


This report gives you a complete record of all viewer interactions from your Contact Form, helping you track communication and maintain engagement over time.
