Track Form Results in Your Simplebooklet
The Forms Report makes it easy to review and manage data collected from forms within your Simplebooklet. Whether you’re gathering customer feedback, survey responses, or contact details, this report helps you understand your audience’s needs and measure engagement.
How to Track Form Results in your Simplebooklet
- Open your Dashboard and locate the Simplebooklet you want to review.
- Click the Reports button for that Simplebooklet.

- In the left-hand menu, select Forms.

- At the top of the page, set the Date Range to focus on a specific time period.

- Review the Completed Forms section to see submission details, including:

- Contents – The answers or message submitted in the form.
- Email – The email address entered by the respondent (if applicable).
- Page – The page in your Simplebooklet where the form was filled out.
- Date Sent – When the form was submitted.
- Trash Icon – Click to delete a submission.
- (Optional) Click Download All in the top-right corner to export all submissions as an XLS file for offline review or data analysis.

Tracking form results supports the Engagement and Action stages of the Reader’s Journey. Every form submission reflects meaningful interaction with your content—showing that readers are participating, sharing feedback, or taking the next step toward conversion.
