How To Track Password Access

Open your Dashboard and locate the Simplebooklet you want to review.

Click the Reports button for that Simplebooklet.

In the left-hand menu, select Passwords.

At the top of the page, use the Date Range selector to filter data for a specific time period.

Review the Password Access Details to see:

Who accessed your Simplebooklet — including usernames or email identifiers (if set).

When and how often they accessed it.

Where they’re located geographically.

The Password Access Report provides visibility into how your password-protected content is being used, ensuring accountability and control over private or restricted material.
