Available on Pro and Business plans.

How To Track Password Access

  1. Open your Dashboard and locate the Simplebooklet you want to review.

  1. Click the Reports button for that Simplebooklet.

  1. In the left-hand menu, select Passwords.

  1. At the top of the page, use the Date Range selector to filter data for a specific time period.

  1. Review the Password Access Details to see:

  • Who accessed your Simplebooklet — including usernames or email identifiers (if set).

  • When and how often they accessed it.

  • Where they’re located geographically.

The Password Access Report provides visibility into how your password-protected content is being used, ensuring accountability and control over private or restricted material.
