Track Verified Emails in Your Simplebooklet


The Verified Emails Report helps you identify which verified email addresses are engaging with your Simplebooklet. You can see who’s opened your booklet, how often they’ve viewed it, and what devices and locations they’re accessing it from — giving you deeper insight into your most engaged audience.


Available on Business plans.



How to Track Verified Emails in your Simplebooklet



  1. Open your Dashboard and locate the Simplebooklet you want to review.


  1. Click the Reports button for that Simplebooklet.



  1. In the left-hand menu, select Verified Emails.



  1. At the top of the page, use the Date Range selector to filter data for a specific time period.



  1. Review the Access History section to see detailed insights, including:



  • Email Address – The verified email of the viewer.


  • Opens – The total number of times they’ve viewed your Simplebooklet.


  • Last Open Date – The most recent time they accessed your content.


  • Location – The city and country where they viewed it.


  • Device – The type of device used (desktop, tablet, or mobile).


  1. Click Download All in the top-right corner of the Access History section to export all verified email activity as an XLS file for further tracking or reporting.


The Verified Emails Report provides a complete picture of your verified readers — helping you understand who’s most engaged, when they’re active, and how they’re accessing your content.
