Transfer Your Simplebooklet


Transfer a Simplebooklet from your account to another user or team for easy collaboration. This makes it simple to share ownership, hand off projects, or work together without needing to publish content publicly.


Available on all plans.


How to Transfer Your Simplebooklet


  1. Open your Dashboard and scroll to the Simplebooklet you want to transfer.


  1. Click the Transfer button on that booklet.


  1. A pop-up will appear with two tabs:



Transfer to a Simplebooklet Account Email


Use this option to transfer your Simplebooklet directly to another user’s personal Simplebooklet account.


  • What you’ll see:


Transfer [Your Booklet Title] from your account to another.

Enter Simplebooklet Account Email Address


  • Enter the recipient’s email address.


  • Click Transfer.


Once transferred, you will no longer have access to this Simplebooklet. The booklet becomes fully owned by the receiving account.


  1. Transfer to a Simplebooklet Team Account


Use this option if you want to move the booklet into a team workspace.


What you’ll see:


Transfer [Your Booklet Title] from your account to a team account.


Select which team account you want to transfer to from the list shown.


Choose the team account.


Click Transfer.


Once transferred, the Simplebooklet will appear directly inside your team’s account.


Tips


You can transfer Simplebooklets as many times as needed — great for collaborative workflows.


Transferring is a safer option than publishing when working with confidential or private material.


A transferred booklet fully leaves your account, so be sure you're ready to pass it on.
