Update Your Existing Simplebooklet Using Canva

If your Simplebooklet was originally created from Canva, you can send updated pages back to it directly—without changing your link or losing your analytics.

How to Update Your Existing Simplebooklet

1. Open your Dashboard and hover over the Simplebooklet you want to update.

2. Click the "Canva** icon.

3. A popup will appear select —select Edit in Canva

4. Canva will open directly to your design. Make any edits you want.

5. When finished, click the Share button in Canva.

6. Select Simplebooklet from the share menu.

7. The Simplebooklet Publish Intent Integration will open on the right.

8. The Design tab appears by default with these three options:

• Update Current Simplebooklet

• Make a New Simplebooklet

• Replace Another Simplebooklet

9. Click Update Current Simplebooklet.

10. Choose your export settings:

• Compress PDF

• Flatten PDF

• Include Notes

• Password Protection

11. Under Select Pages, choose which Canva pages you want to export to your Simplebooklet.

12. Click Export.

13. When the export finishes, click Complete in Simplebooklet.

14. Canva will warn that you’re leaving — click Continue.

15. Your updated booklet opens in Simplebooklet Preview Mode, where you can:

• Flip through updated pages

• Test on mobile, tablet, and desktop

• Click Customize to adjust Edit, Design, or Narrate settings

16. When you’re ready, click the Share tab to grab your link, QR code, or embed code.

Your Simplebooklet is now fully updated—same link, same analytics, refreshed content.
