Why Use Tags?

If you only have a few Simplebooklets, you probably don't need tags. But once your library grows — or you're managing booklets across linked team accounts — finding the right one fast starts to matter. Tags are how you make that easy.

Keep a Growing Library Organized

Every Simplebooklet you create lives on your dashboard, but the dashboard doesn't sort itself. Tags let you group booklets the way that makes sense for you — by client, by campaign, by content type, by season, or any other category. Instead of scrolling through 30 thumbnails to find the right menu, you filter by "Menu" and see exactly what you need.

Find Anything Across All Your Accounts

If you manage multiple Simplebooklet accounts — like team accounts linked to your Business plan — tags work across all of them at once. Apply the same tags consistently, and you can search across every linked account in a single filter. No switching between dashboards, no duplicate work.

Tags Power Bulk Manage

Tags aren't just for search — they're how you act on multiple booklets at once. Once you've tagged your booklets, you can use Bulk Manage to filter by tag and then transfer, update visibility, or delete an entire group of booklets in one action. That kind of batch management is only possible if your booklets are tagged.

They're Simple by Design

Tags are just words — no folders, no hierarchies, no complicated structure. One word or phrase, no special characters. You can add as many as you like to a single booklet, reuse existing tags across booklets, and remove them at any time. The simplicity is the point.
