Adding And Arranging Booklets

Your Collection needs booklets inside it, and you'll have the choice to edit the arrangement as you see fit.

Having the option to be able to freely move your booklets around in your collection makes updating your content for the sake of not losing your customers easy, but makes fixing mistakes easy as pie. You'll never have to worry about what goes in or out of your collection, because you can customize your choices whenever the mood strikes you.

Step-by-Step Guide



Below is a walkthrough showing you how to rearrange booklets in your collection.

From your Dashboard, look at the menu at the top left and tap Collections.

If you're creating a new Collection, you'll arrive at the window where you can arrange your booklets after you set a weblink.

If you're editing the arrangement on an existing collection, you'll need to go to the Collection Editor.

Click Add Booklet from the toolbar on the left.

You should be directed to a new window. Here is where you customize the arrangements of which booklets you would like your collection to feature:
Add A Booklet - To add a booklet into your collection, all you need to do is click, hold and drag that particular booklet from Add Simplebooklets under the left hand section Displayed On Collection and then release.
Rearrange A Booklet - The reading order goes from top to bottom. so arrange your booklets to that end. In order to rearrange the existing reading order, all you need to do is click, hold and drag the booklet in Displayed On Collection above or below the other booklets in your collection, then release.
Remove A Booklet - To remove a booklet from your collection, click, hold and drag a booklet from Displayed On Collection to under Add Simplebooklets and release.

Remember that the reading order of your booklets goes from top to bottom. Whichever you would like to be featured first on your collection, move to the top.
You can additionally also toggle on the option: Highlight the first Simplebooklet in the collection by doubling its size.

When you're done, click SAVE.

You've successfully rearranged your collection!
