Connect Simplebooklet to Zapier

Link Simplebooklet to Zapier and automate what happens when readers engage with your content — no code required.

Available on all plans with a Zapier account.

Why Connect to Zapier?

Simplebooklet tracks a lot of reader activity — opens, lead gate submissions, contact form messages, and feedback. Zapier lets you act on that activity automatically, connecting it to over 3,000 other tools. Send follow-up emails when someone opens your booklet, push leads straight into your CRM, create support tickets from contact messages — all without lifting a finger.

How to Connect Simplebooklet to Zapier

  1. Log in to Zapier and click Create Zap in the top left.

  1. Search for Simplebooklet.

  1. Under App & Event, select Simplebooklet Activity Notification from the Event dropdown.

  1. Click Continue.

  1. Click Sign in to connect your Simplebooklet account. When prompted, click Allow to grant Zapier access.

  1. Under Trigger, select your Simplebooklet Event — choose what activity you want to trigger the zap (Open, Lead Gate, Message Me, or Feedback).

  1. Select which Simplebooklet the trigger applies to, or choose all.

  1. Click Test Trigger to confirm it's working, then click Continue.

  1. Choose an Action — the app and event you want Zapier to trigger (e.g. send an email, update a spreadsheet, add to a CRM).

  1. Sign in to your chosen platform and fill out the action details.

  1. Click Test Action, then Publish & Turn On.

Your zap is live.

Available Triggers

  • Open — fires when someone opens your Simplebooklet

  • Lead Gate — fires when someone submits your lead gate form

  • Contact Form — fires when someone sends you a contact message

  • Feedback — fires when someone records audio or video feedback

How This Supports the Reader's Journey

Zapier turns reader actions into automated responses — closing the loop between what your audience does and what happens next. Every open, lead, and message becomes an opportunity to follow up at exactly the right moment.
