Create from PDF


PDF is the most common way folks make their first Simplebooklet — and it's the fastest. Upload your file, pick a flip style, and in just a few clicks you've turned a static document into a web-ready flipbook behind a branded link. This guide walks you through every step.

How to Create a Simplebooklet from a PDF


  1. Open your Dashboard and click the Upload File button.



  1. From the dropdown menu, select Upload File from Computer and choose the PDF you want to convert. You can drag and drop the file or browse your computer to find it.



  1. Enter a Title for your booklet and choose a Page Flip Style.



  1. Adjust Advanced Features to customize your booklet (Optional):



Conversion Method for Your PDF:


  • HTML5 (Recommended): Auto converts links in pages and lets you edit your content.


  • Image: Turns each page into a high quality image you can enhance with more content.


Optional Settings:


  • Bi-Fold: Splits two-page spreads into separate pages.


  • Enhanced Image: Opt for higher image quality, though it may increase load times.


  1. Once you've made your selections, click the Convert button at the bottom right.


  1. When the conversion is complete, your booklet will appear in the Preview window. Flip through the pages to make sure everything looks great.



  1. Once you're satisfied with your booklet, click the Share button in the top right corner. This opens a pop-up where you can copyopen, or edit your link. You can also tap All Sharing Options to explore more ways to share your Simplebooklet.
