Get to know the Dashboard

Your Dashboard is home base — the first thing you see when you sign in, and the place you'll come back to for just about everything. From here you can upload a new file, manage every Simplebooklet you've made, organize them into collections, and find resources to level up how you use the product. Everything's one or two clicks away, so you can spend less time hunting and more time creating.

Make Your Simplebooklet

At the top of your Dashboard is the big Upload File button — your starting point for every new Simplebooklet. Click it to upload from your computer, or click the dropdown arrow beside it for more options:

  • Upload File From Computer — Pick a file from your device.

  • Upload From DropBox — Pull a file directly from your Dropbox account.

  • Upload From Box — Pull a file directly from your Box account.

  • Start Blank — Build a Simplebooklet from a blank canvas.

Top header

The header across the top of your Dashboard gives you quick access to account-level tools:

  • Your plan — Shows whether you're on Free, Basic, Pro, or Business, with a quick Upgrade button when you're ready for more.

  • AI Agent Status Marker — A status indicator that tells you whether your AI Agents are running, completed, or waiting. A numbered badge appears when tasks are in progress so

you can keep working while agents finish in the background.

  • Notifications — A bell with a red dot lets you know when there's a new Simplebooklet product update.

  • Account dropdown — Switch between linked accounts if you have more than one.

  • Log out — Sign out of Simplebooklet.

Dashboard tabs

Your Dashboard is organized into three tabs so it stays clean even when you've got a lot going on:

  • Your Simplebooklets — A list of every Simplebooklet on your account, with a counter showing how many are active vs. your plan limit (e.g. 35/198).

  • Your Collections — Curated pages of Simplebooklets grouped together, each with its own branded weblink.

  • Resources — Guides, walkthroughs, and recommended next steps to help you get more out of the product.

Managing your Simplebooklets

Directly under the tabs, you'll find the tools to keep your library organized:

  • Manage — Click to bulk-manage multiple Simplebooklets at once (Business plan).

  • Search bar — Search your library by title.

  • Advanced search — Click the icon inside the search bar to filter by title, account name, tags, or URL across your linked accounts.

  • Sort by — Order your Simplebooklets by Newest, Oldest, Last Edited, or Most Opens.

  • Show — Choose how many Simplebooklets appear per page (10, 20, etc.).

Each Simplebooklet at a glance

For every Simplebooklet in your list, you'll see:

  • Cover preview — A thumbnail of your first page. Click it to preview how it'll look to your audience.

  • Title and weblink — Use the icons next to the URL to open it, copy it, or customize it.

  • Quick stats — Followers, opens, pages, and last revised date at a glance.

  • Visibility tag — Shows whether your Simplebooklet is Link Only, Public Link, or Restricted.

Each Simplebooklet also has a row of action buttons to manage it without opening it:

  • Share — Grab your link, copy an embed code, send it in email, or post to social.

  • Edit in Canva — If your Simplebooklet was created from a Canva design, jump straight back into Canva to make changes.

  • Design — Customize the look and feel of your flipbook.

  • Edit — Update content and add interactive elements.

  • Record — Add voice or video narration to your pages.

  • Reports — Dig into analytics and audience data.

  • Replace — Swap in a new version while keeping your link and stats intact.

  • Duplicate — Make a copy to iterate on.

  • Transfer — Move ownership to another account.

  • Delete — Remove it from your account.

Below the action buttons, a few extra controls help you organize and protect each Simplebooklet:

  • Tags — Add and view tags so you can group and filter related Simplebooklets.

  • Notification bell — Open the notification settings for this specific Simplebooklet (so you can decide what alerts you'll get for it).

  • Collaborator access — Click this icon to control whether linked-account collaborators can see this Simplebooklet, or hide it from them.

Your Collections

Collections let you group multiple Simplebooklets onto a single branded webpage — great for client data rooms, catalog libraries, or curated resource hubs. From this tab you can:

  • Create Collection — Start a new curated page.

  • Edit — Update a collection's name, layout, or included Simplebooklets.

  • Transfer — Move a collection to another account.

  • Delete — Remove a collection you no longer need.

Resources

The Resources tab is where we surface helpful guides so you can keep getting more out of Simplebooklet:

  • Recommended Next Steps — Short, tactical cards like Export As A VideoMake Your Pages Clickable, or Brand Your Weblink. Each has a quick video and a Learn More link to go deeper.

  • Suggested Guides — Longer reads like Meet Simplebooklet and Audience Journey that walk through what makes your content effective.

  • Contextual tips — If we notice you haven't tried something yet, like the Canva integration, we'll surface it here so it's easy to find.

Left sidebar

The left sidebar gives you one-click access to everything outside your booklet list:

  • Upload — Quick upload from anywhere on your Dashboard.

  • Dashboard — Takes you back to this main view.

  • Account — Manage your profile, billing, and preferences.

  • Brand Kit — Save your logo, colors, and fonts so your branding carries through every Simplebooklet.

  • Domain — Connect your own custom domain (Pro+).

  • Activity — Review engagement across all your Simplebooklets.

  • Integrations — Manage connected tools and third-party apps (paid plans).
