Customize the Contact Section of Your Navbar
The Contact section of your navbar is how readers reach you. It holds two features — a Contact Card that displays your business details, and a Contact Form that lets readers send you a message directly from your booklet. Both live in the Contact panel of your navbar and can be toggled on or off independently.
How to Get There
- From your Dashboard, open a booklet and click the Design tab.
- In the left-hand toolbar, click Contact.
A live preview drawer opens on the right as you make changes.
What You Can Add
Contact Card — Displays your business details in the navbar: business name, contact title and name, phone number, email address, website, address, and social media links. The Contact Card is on by default. You can fill it in manually or use the Contact Card Agent to pull your details automatically from your website. If you have a BrandKit with a Contact Card already set up, your details will auto-populate from it. Learn more
Contact Form — An interactive form readers can fill out to send you a message directly from your booklet. You write the introductory prompt yourself, or let the Contact Form Agent generate one based on your content. Submissions are delivered to the email address you set and can be reviewed in your Reports tab. Learn more
Following — Adds a Follow button to your Contact navbar so readers can subscribe to your booklet. Once they follow, you can send them updates any time your content changes — straight from the Manage Followers panel. Learn more
Tips
- The Contact Card and Contact Form are separate features. The Contact Card shows your details passively — the Contact Form is where readers actively reach out.
- You can enable all three features at the same time. They'll appear together in the Contact section of your navbar.
- To review messages sent through your Contact Form, go to Dashboard → Reports → Contact Form.
- To notify your followers about an update, click the pencil icon next to Following and use the Notify tab.
