Export a Website Layout from Canva to Simplebooklet

How to Export a Website Layout from Canva to Simplebooklet


  1. Open your Website Layout design in Canva.


  1. Click the Share button in the top-right corner.


  1. From the sharing options, select Simplebooklet.


  1. The Simplebooklet Publish Intent Integration will open on the right-hand side of Canva.


  1. In the preview window, you’ll see a live flipbook mockup of your annual report.


Optional: Click Add Image to replace the sample preview page with a page from your design — this helps you see how your annual report will look with page flips.


  1. Under the Design tab, choose a Page Flip Transition.


You can pick from:


  • Recommended Page Transitions, or


  • More Page Transitions to browse the full library.


  1. Once you’re satisfied with your preview and transition style, click Publish now.


  1. Canva will open export settings where you can toggle:


  • Compress PDF


  • Flatten PDF


  • Include Notes


  • Password Protection


  1. Click Export.


  1. After exporting, you’ll see a confirmation message. Click Complete in Simplebooklet.


  1. A prompt will appear saying you are about to leave Canva — click Continue.


  1. Your annual report will open in Simplebooklet Preview Mode. Here you can:


  • Flip through pages


  • Test how it looks on desktop, tablet, and mobile


  • Click Customize to access the Edit, Design, or Narrate tabs for deeper adjustments


  1. When you're happy with your interactive annual report, click the Share tab in the top-right corner.


  1. From here, you can:


  • Copy your branded link


  • Generate a QR code


  • Grab an embed code


  • Use any sharing option you prefer


Your interactive website layout is now ready to distribute — letting viewers experience your design as a fully navigable flip-through preview that feels clean, intuitive, and easy to explore on any device.
