Export a Website Layout from Canva to Simplebooklet

Turn your Canva-designed website layout into an interactive Simplebooklet using the Canva Publish Intent Integration. This allows you to present website-style content in a scrollable, page-based experience that’s easy to share, view on any device, and track with built-in analytics.

Available on all plans.

How to Export a Website Layout Using the Canva Publish Intent Integration

  1. Open your website layout design in Canva.

  1. Click Share in the top-right corner.

  1. Select See all, then choose Simplebooklet under the Design section.

The Canva Publish Intent Integration for Simplebooklet opens on the right-hand side of Canva.

  1. In the preview window, you’ll see a live mockup of your website layout as a Simplebooklet.

Pages may appear blurry in the preview — this is expected. Publish the layout to view the full-quality version.

  1. At the top of the integration, use Choose pages to export all pages or select specific sections of your website layout.

  1. Under the Publish tab, choose a Page Flip Transition.

For website-style layouts, smoother or minimal transitions usually provide the best reading experience.

  1. When everything looks right, click Publish now to publish your website layout using the Canva Publish Intent Integration.

  1. You’ll be returned to Canva and the Publish now button will be available.

After Publishing

Your website layout opens in Simplebooklet Preview Mode, where you can:

  • Scroll or flip through sections

  • Preview desktop, tablet, and mobile views

  • Click Customize to access the Edit, Design, or Narrate tabs

When you’re ready to share:

  1. Click the Share tab in the top-right corner.

  1. Choose how you want to deliver it:

  • Copy your branded link

  • Generate a QR code

  • Grab an embed code
