Below is a walkthrough on how to Troubleshoot your Simplebooklet Conversion.


Open your Simplebooklet DASHBOARD and click Upload File at the top of the page.



Select the file you want to turn into a Simplebooklet.



Choose a title and page flip style for your booklet, then click Convert to get started.



Once the conversion is complete, your booklet will open in the Audience Preview screen. Flip through the pages to review how it will look to your audience.



If you spot any issues, click the TROUBLESHOOT button in the top-right corner of the preview screen.



In the troubleshooting popup, choose the fix that matches the issue you’re experiencing.



The system will reconvert your file with the adjustments applied to improve its quality.



Review your booklet again in the Audience Preview to make sure the fixes resolved the issue.
