Introduction

Activating the Plaintext feature provides a plaintext view of your Simplebooklet.

Available on all plans.

Benefits

Transforming your content into Plaintext is very helpful if for whatever reason HTML formatting is no longer possible on you or your customers end. Your customers can have an in-depth view into how you've formatted your Simplebooklet, and also strip away all the distracting visual images.

But keep in mind that if you've uploaded your Simplebooklet as a PDF and chose IMAGE as your conversion method, implementing Plaintext on your navbar will not work. You must choose HTML5.

Step-by-Step Guide

Below is a walkthrough showing you how to turn your booklet into a text only page view.

Open your Simplebooklet in the DESIGN tab.

Click the Navigation Tab icon in the toolbar on the left.


Toggle on your Plaintext feature.

You've successfully given your Simplebooklet a Plaintext view!
