Introduction

Let customers subscribe to your Simplebooklet, then send them push notification messages (even if they don't have your Simplebooklet open).

Available on business plans.

Benefits

Manually having to email or contact your customers can be a lot of work, so it's much easier to send a push update that will inform any of your readers that you have updated your flipbook, about your new promotions, or any relevant info. It's a great way to keep your organization top of mind for your customers.

Step-by-Step

Below is a walkthrough showing you how to send a push notification to your Simplebooklet subscribers.

Open the Publish tab of the flipbook you wish to start sending push notifications from.

Beneath Publishing Options you should see a section titled: Send A Push Notification.

Click the bell icon.

You may have to first click the ENABLE button at the top if you've never sent a push notification.

Following that, customize the appearance of your push notification:
Graphic - Choose between Cover Image and Logo to appear in your notification message.
Headline - Add a descriptive headline for your notification that entices your customer to open it.
Message - This is a short notification message that explains what you are notifying them about.

Once you're done, click SEND.

You've successfully sent a push notification!
