Replace a Simplebooklet

This article shows you how to replace the file inside an existing Simplebooklet while keeping the same link, embed code, and QR code. This is useful when you’ve updated your content and want viewers to always see the most current version.

How to Replace a Simplebooklet

1. Open your Dashboard.

2. Find the Simplebooklet you want to update.

3. Click Replace next to the booklet (on the far right).

4. Upload your updated file.

5. Choose how you want to handle existing enhancements:

• Keep All Previously Added Enhancements (hotspots, links, videos, narrations, etc.)

• Remove Enhancements (replace the content without previous enhancements)

6. (Optional) Adjust Advanced Features before converting:

Conversion Method for Your PDF:

• HTML5 (Recommended): Auto converts links in pages and lets you edit your content.
• Image: Turns each page into a high quality image you can enhance with more content.

Optional Settings:

• Bi-Fold: Splits two-page spreads into separate pages.
• Enhanced Image: Opt for higher image quality, though it may increase load times.

7. Click Convert.

Once conversion finishes, your Simplebooklet is updated automatically.

Your existing link, embed, and QR code now point to the new version.
