Replace Your Simplebooklet

Introduction

You can replace your existing Simplebooklet by importing or uploading a newer version. This keeps all your customizations in your Simplebooklet microsite (logos, background images, weblinks, and stats) but allows you to replace the contents of your existing Simplebooklet.

Available on all plans.

We've made it quick and simple to update your existing Simplebooklet with an updated version. Customers can keep using the existing weblink but get access to the latest version anytime. You'll also keep your existing analytics reports from your existing Simplebooklet.

Step-by-Step Guide

Below is a walkthrough showing you how to replace your existing Simplebooklet.

Open your DASHBOARD.

Click Replace on the Simplebooklet you wish to update.

Select Upload PDF.

Select the file you wish to replace your existing Simplebooklet.

Select if we should keep existing page enhancements or start from new:
PDF to hold the same links, animations and accessibility status of your previous flipbook.
or, Replace All to remove all existing page enhancements.

Click Next.

Select the number of folds your file page has (default is none):
No Folds.
Bifold splits your file into an even, open spread.
Trifold is for brochures that are PDFs that have three panels on each PDF page.
Foldgate is for gated brochures.

Click Next.

Choose either HTML5 or IMAGE for your conversion process:
HTML5 allows us to vectorize the text, make it editable in EDIT, and surface hyperlinks in your uploaded file.
IMAGE flattens each of your PDF pages into a single image file.

Click Next.

Click Complete.

You'll be directed to your Preview Tab to see your new, updated Simplebooklet.
