The Reports Snapshot

The Reports Snapshot

The Snapshot is the first thing you see when you open Reports for any booklet — an at-a-glance summary of how that booklet is performing across the four stages of the audience journey, for whatever date range you've selected.

How to Access It

  1. From your Dashboard, find the booklet you want to review.
  2. Click the Reports button (the bar chart icon).

  1. The Snapshot opens by default.

Setting Your Date Range

In the top right corner of the Reports page, you'll find the date range selector. Click it to choose the time period you want to analyze. All four stage cards on the Snapshot update to reflect data for that period.

The Four Stage Cards

The Snapshot breaks your booklet's performance into four stages:

Awareness — How many people found and opened your content.

  • Total Opens — Every time someone clicked to open your booklet.
  • Unique Visitors — The number of distinct individuals who viewed it.

Attention — How deeply readers engaged once they opened it.

  • Pages Flipped — Total page turns across all sessions.
  • Interactive Clicks — Clicks on embedded links, videos, hotspots, or other interactive elements.

Action — Whether readers took the next step you asked for.

  • Call to Action Clicks — Clicks on any CTA buttons or links embedded in your booklet.

Satisfaction — The long-term value your booklet is delivering.

  • Savings — An estimate of what you'd have spent distributing this content in print.
  • Return Visits — Readers who came back to view your booklet more than once.

What's Below the Snapshot Cards

Beneath the four stage cards you'll find three more sections:

Insight Report — Generate an AI-powered analysis of your booklet's performance data in plain language. Learn more →

Your Performance Data File — Download a plain text summary of your data to use with any AI assistant. Learn more →

History Reports — View and download previously generated Insight Reports.
