Accessing Your History Reports

Your History Reports


Every Insight Report you generate is saved automatically. History Reports lets you go back and review or download any report you've previously generated for a booklet — without having to regenerate it.


Available on Pro and Business plans.



How to Access Your History Reports


  1. From your Dashboard, find the booklet you want to review and click Reports.
  2. The Snapshot page opens by default. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  3. Click View History Reports.


Your previously generated Insight Reports are listed here, each labeled with the time period it covers.



What You Can Do with Each Report


Hover over any report in the list to reveal three options:


  • View report — Open and read the full report inline.
  • Download as HTML — Save a formatted version to your device.
  • Download Analysis as Markdown — Save a plain text version for use in other tools or AI assistants.



Tips


  • History Reports only contains Insight Reports — it doesn't store your raw performance data. For raw data, use the Performance Data File download.
  • If you want to analyze a new time period, go back to the Snapshot and click + New Report to generate a fresh one.
