Create from Canva
If your design lives in Canva, you can publish it straight into Simplebooklet without ever leaving the Canva editor. Our Canva Publish Intent Integration sits inside Canva's Share menu — no marketplace install, no extra plugin to wrangle. Pick a flip style, hit publish, and you've got a branded, trackable Simplebooklet with the same fonts, layout, and look as your Canva design.
How to Create a Simplebooklet from Canva
- Open the design you want to publish in Canva.
- Click Share in the top-right corner of the Canva editor.
- Tap See all, then choose Simplebooklet under the Design section. The Canva Publish Intent Integration panel opens on the right side of your screen.
- First time using the integration? You'll see a Connect button right below the three tabs. Click it, confirm Simplebooklet can connect to your Canva account, then log in (or sign up free) on the Simplebooklet page that opens. Once you're signed in, you'll land back in Canva with your accounts linked — and the Connect button disappears since you're set for future publishes.
If the Publish now button is greyed out, that's the cue your accounts still need to be connected.
- Back in the Publish tab, preview your design and choose which pages you'd like to include.
- Pick a Page Flip Style that fits your layout — magazine, brochure, trifold, presentation, and so on.
- Click Publish now.
- A new tab opens with your design in Simplebooklet's Preview Mode, where you can flip through to make sure everything looks right.
- From here you can fine-tune the design, add interactive elements, or click Share in the top right to grab your branded weblink and start sending it out.
That's it — your Canva design is now a live Simplebooklet.
Updating it later?
If you want to push a new Canva design into a Simplebooklet you've already published — keeping the same weblink, QR code, and audience reports — that's a different flow. See Update a Simplebooklet from Canva for the full walkthrough.
What's next?
