Can I see my followers' email addresses?

No — you can see their name but not their email. Follower emails are private to your account and not visible to anyone. The only way to contact your followers is through the Notify tab in the Manage Followers popup.

What happens when I send a notification?

Every follower of that Simplebooklet receives an email with your message and a link to open the booklet. Your Simplebooklet also moves to the top of their personal following page at simplebooklet.com/following.

How often should I notify my followers?

Less is more. Followers opted in because they want updates — not a constant stream of messages. Save notifications for meaningful changes: new content, updated pricing, important announcements. Too many messages and people unfollow.

Can I add followers from one booklet to another?

Yes. From the Add New Followers tab in the Manage Followers popup, you can select any of your other Simplebooklets and add their followers to your current one. This is a great way to grow your audience when you publish something new.

What happens to followers if I delete a Simplebooklet?

If you delete a booklet, it's removed from your followers' following pages. Their follow relationship with you as an author remains intact — they can still be added to your other booklets.

Can a follower stop following?

Yes. They can unfollow at any time by clicking the heart icon in the Contact section of your navbar while viewing your booklet.

Can I remove a follower?

Yes. In the Current Followers tab of the Manage Followers popup, click the X next to any follower to remove them. They'll no longer follow your booklet and it will be removed from their following page.

What plan do I need to manage followers?

All plans support the Follow button so readers can follow your booklet. Managing followers — viewing, adding, removing, and notifying — requires a Pro or Business plan.

Where can I see follower activity and engagement?

Head to the Reports tab for your Simplebooklet and select Followers from the left sidebar. You'll see a full activity feed with follow dates, open counts, last open dates, locations, and devices.
