Performance Tab FAQ

Where do I find the Performance tab?

On your Dashboard, click the Performance tab at the top of your booklets section, next to Your Simplebooklets and Your Collections.

What is the Account Performance Dashboard?

It's a summary of how all your booklets are performing across four stages — Awareness, Attention, Action, and Satisfaction. It shows your key metrics at a glance, with filters for tag and time range, and a Top 10 Booklets list below.

What are the four stages?

Awareness (are people finding your content?), Attention (are they engaging with it?), Action (are they taking the next step?), and Satisfaction (are they coming back and what are you saving?). Together they map the full journey a reader takes from discovering your booklet to becoming a loyal audience member or customer.

What does Total Opens mean?

Every time someone clicks to open your booklet, it counts as one open. One person opening your booklet three times = 3 Total Opens.

What's the difference between Total Opens and Unique Visitors?

Total Opens counts every individual open, including repeat visits from the same person. Unique Visitors counts each person once, regardless of how many times they opened it. Unique Visitors tells you the actual size of your audience.

What are Interactive Clicks?

Clicks on any embedded links, videos, hotspots, or interactive elements within your booklet pages. They show readers are actively exploring your content rather than passively viewing it.

What counts as a Call to Action Click?

Any click on a CTA button or link you've embedded in your booklet — things like "Book a Demo", "Buy Now", "Contact Us", or "Download".

How is the Savings number calculated?

Simplebooklet estimates what you would have spent printing and distributing the same content physically, based on industry average print costs compared to your digital reach.

What are Return Visits?

The number of readers who opened your booklet more than once. Return visits signal that your content was valuable enough to come back to.

How do I filter the Performance tab?

Use the Tag filter to narrow stats to a specific group of booklets, or select All Booklets to see everything. Use the Time Range filter to view data for a specific period. Both filters apply to all four stage cards and the Top 10 Booklets list.

What is the Top 10 Booklets section?

A ranked list of the best-performing booklets in your library for the selected tag and time range. It shows you which content is driving the most results.

My stats are showing zero — is something wrong?

No. Stats only appear once readers start viewing your booklets. If you've recently published or haven't shared your booklet yet, the numbers will be zero until your audience starts engaging with your content.
