Our Business plan includes every feature we offer.


We built the Business plan for those organizations who are using Simplebooklet as a major part of their communications and marketing. Use it for reports, flyers, product listings, and more where you work across teams to deliver consistent communications.

A key part of the Business plan is the focus on team collaboration and sharing. You can set up an unlimited number of team accounts, allowing people to collaborate and build workflows for creating and sharing consistent digital communications. There are no additional costs when adding team members to a Business account.

You can also domain restrict your Simplebooklets, keeping them accessible only from certain password protected portals and intranets.

Business plans include an assigned Customer Success Specialist to make sure you get set up and leveraging all the features that are uniquely valuable to your situation.

Additional Simplebooklets beyond those included are heavily discounted and the more you need the less expensive they become.


Includes 200 Simplebooklets - Start with 200 active Simplebooklets you can update, replace, and distribute everywhere. Add more as you need them.

Unlimited Team Accounts - Add as many team accounts to your business plan. Add team accounts at no additional costs.

Collaborate - Set up team accounts to collaborate on Simplebooklets across accounts, with the ability to copy and transfer from one account to another.

Role Based Access - Configure access to team accounts and manage cross collaboration or restrict access to sharing and analytics only. Even restrict how many Simplebooklets a team account can create.

Per Page Analytics - Get detailed analytics on what's happening on each and every page, from what's getting clicked to how long people spend on the page.

Priority Traffic Shaping - Automatic scaling of bandwidth for high traffic periods.

Multi-Password Tracking - Assign multiple passwords to each Simplebooklet or Collection and track password signins.

Step-by-Step Guide

Subscribing To A BUSINESS Account

From your account dashboard, tap the UPGRADE button.

You can choose the BUSINESS plan by tapping "select plan"

In the checkout page, select if you want a discounted annual plan or you want a pay as you go month to month plan.

Enter your payment method, first and last name, and check that you are not a robot.

You'll get a Successful confirmation. Your new BUSINESS Plan will activate automatically.

Adding More Simplebooklets

The BUSINESS plan starts with 200 active Simplebooklets. But if you decide you need more, and don't want to delete any of your current Simplebooklets, we've made it simple to add more booklets.

Tap the ADD MORE SIMPLEBOOKLETS button on your dashboard.

Select how many more Simplebooklets you'd like to add to your account.

Select complete and your new Simplebooklets will be available for use.

Additional Simplebooklets cost $0.20 per month ($2.40 per year). This total will be automatically added to your next monthly or annual renewal bill. There are bulk discounts if you need significant additional Simplebooklets (dropping to $0.15 per booklet per year).

Upgrading From A BASIC or PRO Plan

We're so happy you are ready to take your communications to the next level. When you upgrade from your Basic or Pro plan to a new Business subscription, we'll prorate any remaining

Renewing Your Business Account

If you subscribe to a month to month plan, your plan will automatically renew each month on the same date you signed up on. On an annual plan, you'll receive an email letting you know of the upcoming renewal and will automatically be renewed on your upgrade date.

Your subscription price is locked in. We will not increase your subscription price for as long as you maintain your plan. Its our guarantee for cost predictability for your plan. You will never see a price increase on your existing plan. This excludes any applied discounts or coupons that are valid for one year.
