Upload a Calendar

Share your calendar as a flipbook — monthly pages your audience can flip through, bookmark, and come back to all year.

Available on all plans.

Why Upload Your Calendar to Simplebooklet?

Printed calendars are expensive to produce and impossible to update once they're out. A Simplebooklet calendar lives at a single link you can share anywhere — embed it on your website, post it to social media, or email it directly. And if something changes, just replace the file. The link stays the same, and everyone who has it automatically sees the latest version.

How to Upload Your Calendar

  1. Go to your Dashboard and click Upload File.

  1. Select Upload File From Computer.

  1. Choose your calendar PDF.

  1. On the Convert page, set your Title.

  1. Under Choose A Page Flip, select Single Page — this displays each month as a full page your audience can flip through one at a time, which suits a calendar layout best.

Browse the Single Page transitions (Card Flip, Slide, Parallax, Board Book, and more) and pick one that fits the style of your calendar.

  1. Click Convert.

  1. Your calendar loads in Preview. Flip through the months, choose a theme, and share.

If your calendar is designed as a two-page spread (two months side by side per page), select Page Spread instead of Single Page.

What Readers See

Readers open your calendar from a single link, flip through the months, and can refer back to it any time throughout the year. No download, no attachment — just a clean, bookmarkable link.

Tips

  • Use the Replace feature if you need to update your calendar after publishing — your link stays the same.

  • If you publish an annual calendar, keep the same Simplebooklet and replace the file each year rather than creating a new one. That way your embed codes and shared links never break.
