What Does System Archived Mean?

System Archived is a status that appears on booklets when the account they belong to has been paused. This article explains what it means and what to do next.

What System Archived Means

When a free plan account reaches its 180-day or 1,000-open limit, all booklets on that account are automatically marked as System Archived. They are no longer publicly visible, but your content, design, and analytics are fully intact.

System Archived booklets can be restored — but only during the 30-day grace period. If no action is taken before Day 211, your booklets and all associated data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

What Readers See

Anyone who clicks a link to a System Archived booklet will see a neutral message letting them know the booklet is temporarily unavailable. There is no mention of billing or plans.

How to Restore a System Archived Booklet

If you are still within the 30-day grace period, upgrading to a paid plan restores all System Archived booklets immediately — same links, same content, same stats. No re-uploading required.

After Day 211, booklets are permanently deleted and cannot be restored by anyone, including our support team.
