Update Your Account Email
Keeping your email up to date ensures you stay connected to your account and continue receiving important notifications. You might also want to update your email if you're transferring your Simplebooklet account over to someone else.
- Go to your Dashboard.
- Click Account in the left-hand toolbar.
- Select Email, Password & Name under Account Settings.
- Scroll down to Account Email.
- Enter your current password to confirm your identity — you'll then be prompted to enter the new email address.
- Click Save.
Transferring Your Account to Someone Else?
If you're handing the account over to a new owner, update the email to theirs following the steps above. Once that's done, the new user will need to set their own password — they can do this by clicking Forgot Password on the login page and following the reset link sent to their email.
Signed Up with Google, Microsoft, Okta, or SAML SSO?
If you signed up using a third-party login, your email is tied to that provider, so it can't be changed directly through account settings. Just reach out to our support team with your current email and the new one you'd like to use — we'll take care of the update on our end and send you a link to set a new password.
Lost Access to Your Old Email?
If you can no longer access the email on your account and you're locked out, we can still help. Contact support with your old email address and the new one you'd like to switch to. Once we've made the update, head to the login page and use Forgot Password to set a new password and get back in.
