Export your Simplebooklet as a PDF


You can easily export your Simplebooklet as a standard flat PDF for offline viewing, printing, or sharing. However, the exported PDF does not include page transitions, embedded videos, or interactive elements—it's simply a static version of your pages.

How to Export your Simplebooklet as a PDF

  1. Open your Dashboard and scroll to the Simplebooklet you want to download.


  1. Tap the Share button to open the Link Manager.


  1. Scroll down to the Export Options section.


  1. Click the PDF icon to export your Simplebooklet as a Standard PDF File.



  1. In the popup window, you have three options:



  • Click Download PDF to save the current version.
  • Check the box to Attach Hotspot Images as Addendum if you want them included.
  • Click Refresh PDF to generate an updated version if you've made recent changes.
