How do I help people find my Simplebooklet in search?

You can tell search engines what your Simplebooklet is about by setting its industry, region, type and a short description in the Share tab. Clear information helps search engines and AI assistants understand your document and show it to the people looking for it, and the description is what they see under your title in search results.

Available on all paid plans: Basic, Pro, Business and Enterprise. See Choosing a Plan.

  • Say what it is, who it's for and where, in plain words, like the example above.
  • Use the words people would search for, such as your product, service, event or town.
  • Put the most important words first, in case search results shorten it.
  • Keep it under 160 characters. The counter above the box shows how many you've used.

Common questions

How long until my Simplebooklet shows up in search results?

It depends on the search engine. Search engines check pages on their own schedule, so new or updated information can take days or weeks to appear.

No. These settings help search engines understand your Simplebooklet, but where it appears depends on the search engine and on what people are searching for.
