How do I edit my Simplebooklet in Canva?

You can send your Simplebooklet's pages to Canva as an editable design, make bigger content and layout changes there, then bring it back to the same Simplebooklet. Because it comes back to the same Simplebooklet, your link, QR codes, embeds and Reports all stay as they are, so readers see the new version without you resharing anything.

How do I export my Simplebooklet to Canva?

On your Dashboard, click Share on your Simplebooklet. If you're already editing it, click Share in the top-right corner.
Under Export, click Canva. Export to Canva opens.
Click Export To Canva. Your pages open in Canva as a design.

Animations don't carry over to Canva, and you may need to make small fixes to your pages there.

How do I bring my changes back to Simplebooklet?

When you've finished editing in Canva, publish the design back into your existing Simplebooklet with the Simplebooklet app in Canva. Choose to update this Simplebooklet rather than create a new one, so you keep the same link.

When should I use Export to Canva?

For layout and design changes that are easier in Canva, such as moving content around, changing fonts across pages or adding new pages.
When your original design isn't in Canva, such as a Simplebooklet you created from a PDF, and you want to edit it in Canva from now on.

For small fixes, like a typo or a new photo on one page, editing in Simplebooklet is usually quicker.

Will I lose my link or Reports?

No, as long as you import back into the same Simplebooklet. Your link, QR codes, embeds and Reports stay the same.

What doesn't carry over to Canva?
